Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

While we do have mobile units that service dealerships around the GTA, unfortunately we are unable to perform installations at home car garages or underground parking lots. This would jeopardize the quality of the installation and void the product warranty. Window tint film is very sensitive to dust particles and must be installed in a temperature-controlled facility with lots of light, and minimal dust and air movement. For all your window tint needs come visit our Bradford locations.

Full car window tinting installation (all side windows and back glass) can take approximately 2.5 hours to complete.

Book your service by calling 647-701-0921 or send an email to Toptintz416@gmail.com. Please have the year, make and model of your vehicle ready.

For “street legal tints” in Ontario, it is recommended that the front two windows (driver and passenger) are not tinted darker than 35% – although it is always to the discretion of the police officer. The back and rear windows can be as dark as considered safe to the driver.

Fun fact: New Ontario vehicle inspection regulations state that in order for a vehicle to pass safety – cars manufactured after January 1, 2017 can have 70% VLT (30% opacity/light block).

Yes, when you come in for your car window tinting at our Bradford location we will show you different tint shade samples and recommend a nice “legal look”. However, in the end the decision is up to you, as it is 100% the driver’s responsibility.
